Yoga for Stress Management

Join us for a Yoga for Stress Management Session at La Pamela (in La Marina de Valencia). We will celebrate the end of the day and sunset with Pranayama (breathing techniques). This yoga session will help you to release muscles after long hours of work and computer. We will meet at Vortex at 18:00h and walk together to La Pamela to start the session around 18:30h.

Angela Saavedra will lead the session. Angela is a Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor with formation in Ayurveda, Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa principles by Bindusar School of Yoga, Rishikesh, India. Angela loves inspiring and challenging her students to become more aware about their own minds and bodies. Her goal is to promote selfhealing by positive thinking, regular yoga practice, conscious diet and breathing techniques.

All levels welcome. This class will be in English. Please bring a mat or towel and water for practice.

There is no entry for this our first session, but donations are welcome and we suggest a 5€ donation.
