Vortex was by far my favourite of the 8 coworkings I visited in Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid. The most distinctive feature - community! They work really hard to promote a social vibe among the users, and visiting for just a week I found it really easy to meet people and make friends. My one suggestions would be to provide more room for making calls or at least to make it possible to reserve the booths . There were a couple of booths (which unlike at Vortex Playa can't be reserved), the meeting room, and the outdoor patio, but at times all these were fully occupied, which creates a problem given the policy of not taking extended calls at the desks. However, this is a problem I encountered at almost every coworking I visited in Spain. All in all, though, Vortex was a big part of why I loved my time Valencia!

I stayed and worked in valencia for 4 days, so I booked the weekly pass 90€+vat. Due to an emergency in my work, I needed to work after 18:00 for 2 days , but they asked me either to leave or to pay the monthly subscription (215€+Vat) , so I had to run back to my place and continue my calls In addition, the 2 phonebooths (apart from the meeting room that you can book via website) are not enough for non-scheduled calls and as a result many people are just having calls: in the kitchen, next to the piano, wherever they can, trying to avoid disturbing others. In the positive side , In all other aspects it is very decent. It is in a convenient & nice place in the center. booking of the meeting room is easy via the website. I also liked the piano addition that you can play with headphones.

I went to Valencia for a few days and had to work. I thus found this coworking spot. Overall: great location, very friendly people, ability to work in a common room/take calls in a seperate one. Highly recommended! Thanks for the hospitality Cristina, Andrea and Maarten.
