VORTEX COWORKING SL, with CIF B02912467 and address calle Sorní 12, 46004 Valencia, owner of the website (from now on, VORTEX COWORKING) https://vortexcoworking.es/ (from now on, “website”), guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the user. In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the provisions of and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, December 13, Protection of Personal Data and RD 1720/2007 of December 21, we inform you that by completing this form you are giving express consent, as well as all personal data provided by the user on the website, that these are incorporated and are treated in a record of processing activities of personal data for the purpose and maintained under the responsibility of VORTEX COWORKING.

  1. What are the purposes for which the data is collected? How long will we keep your data?
  • To attend to, manage, and resolve queries, questions, proposals, requests for quotations, and any other information requested by the interested party (contact form). The data will be kept for the duration of the processing for the management of queries.
  • Using the contact form, personal data is collected and automatically processed as a consequence of the consultation, request or subscription to any of the services offered by the owner of the website. The time of conservation will be as long as the treatment lasts, unless the user exercises their rights of cancellation before.
  • Commercial relationship with the client. The time of conservation will be the time necessary for the treatment. Contracts and invoices five and ten years, respectively.
  • Collection and automated processing of personal data as a result of browsing the pages of the website (see the cookies policy below).
  • Sending by electronic means of advertising information, news and novelties related to the products and services of the website (newsletter subscription form). The data will be kept for the duration of the processing, unless the user exercises their right to cancellation beforehand.

 

  1. What is the legal basis for the processing of data?

The processing of personal data carried out by VORTEX COWORKING, through its website, is legally based on consent. This consent of the interested party is express, free, specific, informed and unequivocal. In the collection and processing of personal data, the appropriate security measures have been adopted to avoid the loss, unauthorized access or manipulation of the same, following the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December. VORTEX COWORKING undertakes to protect the confidential information to which it has access.

 

  1. To which recipients will your data be communicated? 

VORTEX COWORKING undertakes that this personal data will not be shared or transferred to third parties without the express consent of the users. The provision of certain services, however, may require the transfer of data to third countries or entities for the management of infrastructures or the provision of services, such as, for example, the management of electronic newsletters. In these cases, it is guaranteed to be hosted in countries of the European Union (and therefore in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation) or that are covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, approved by the European Data Protection Committee (see the information here: https://www.privacyshield.gov/list). This is the case of Mailchimp, a provider for the management of email marketing. The data will be communicated to other entities of the owner. In no case will the transfer of such data imply a use that exceeds the consent expressed for the purposes and conditions present in this privacy policy.

In the event of providing us with the personal data of other people without indicating this fact to VORTEX COWORKING, you do so with their express consent and having been previously informed of the points contained in this clause. In the same way, we ask you to inform us of any variation that may occur in the data provided. VORTEX COWORKING is not responsible for the transfer of data of third parties who have not given their consent nor know the contents of this clause, being the responsibility of the person who transfers said data to the owner of the website.
  2. If the required data is not provided, the services of the website may not be available in their entirety. Failure to provide the email address required for subscription to the newsletter, or its incorrect transcription on the form, would prevent the communications that constitute its purpose (as the user would not be able to receive them). Failure to provide the data required in the contact form (name, email, subject and message) would prevent the requested services from being carried out satisfactorily. Refusal to accept the cookies policy may result in the loss of functionality of the website.
  3. The User certifies that he/she is over 14 years of age and therefore has the necessary legal capacity to consent to the processing of his/her data by the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
  4. The User has, at all times, the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their data by sending a communication addressed to the owner of the website to the email address hola@vortexcoworking.es.

The data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom he/she has provided the data.

  • VORTEX COWORKING reserves the right to subcontract employees for the provision of services of various kinds for the appropriate development and organisation of the activity of the website.
  • In the same way, it reserves the right to contract third parties for the treatment and management of legislative matters in general and, specifically, those related to data protection. In all these cases, VORTEX COWORKING will oblige the contracted company and/or private professional and those in charge of the management of the processing of the personal data transferred, to sign a document of confidentiality of personal data to ensure the privacy of this information.
  • The user consents to the transfer of his/her data when required to do so by the competent administrative authorities or by court order.
