New Vortex location, scheduled to open in October 2024! This brand new coworking space is located close to Avenida del Puerto, just a few steps away from the wonderful Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the Turia Park. We are located in Calle Peris Brell, providing the perfect location for those who want to enjoy the proximity of both the sea and the city – each just 10 minutes by bike from our coworking space.

Vortex Ciencias is our coworking space de barrio, located between residential Ayora, which mixes traditional neighborhood businesses with ever more modern services; and just a stone’s throw away from Avenida Francia, the most modern and sophisticated residential neighborhood in the city. Furthermore, our office is well connected by bike lanes and public transport, with regular bus services and the nearby Ayora metro station.

We have solutions for companies, teams and freelancers or remote professionals. We have private offices, fixed desks, flexible plans, day passes, meeting rooms, training or events, team-building experiences, call booths, social and common areas, lots of light and, above all, a great atmosphere.

What makes our Vortex Ciencias space so unique? Many things: first of all, the neighborhood feeling that this area gives us, and the proximity to the Ayora Garden, which we have reflected in developing this space around the concept of nature. There´s the fabulous patio where we can do the photosynthesis of the day; and the creative inspiration we derive from the Valencian painter Julio Peris Brell after whom our street is named. Finally there´s the location and its proximity to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a reference point for our beloved city of Valencia.
