Our coworking space de barrio: close to Avenida del Puerto, between residential Ayora, which mixes traditional neighbourhood businesses with ever more modern services, and the incredible Ciudad de las Ciencias, the most modern and sophisticated residential neighbourhood in the city. We are located on Calle Peris Brell, offering the perfect location for those who want to enjoy the proximity of both the sea and the city – each just 10 minutes away by bike from our coworking space.

What makes our Vortex Sciences space so unique? Many things: first of all, the neighbourhood feeling that this area gives us, and the proximity to the Ayora Garden, which we have reflected in developing this space around the concept of nature. There’s the fabulous patio where we can do the photosynthesis of the day, and the creative inspiration we derive from the Valencian painter Julio Peris Brell, after whom our street is named.. Finally, there’s the location and its proximity to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a reference point for our beloved city of Valencia.
